HeLiCC is a cross-border EU project aimed at strengthening the health resilience of citizens against the impacts of climate change. At its core is an AI-powered app that delivers personalized recommendations — for example during heatwaves, pollen season, or periods of high particulate matter. This is complemented by "Healthy Zones" and a mobile roadshow raising public awareness across the Austria–Slovenia border region.
